Violet the duck has worries. Life on the pond with her family and friends comfort at times, but worries swirl about school what other friends think. She has stomachaches and tries to push her worries away. A wise old owl teaches Violet and her friend Chelsea Chipmunk how to control her worries so that she can have a peaceful life and even teaches her friend, Timothy Turtle how to stop the swirling in his head.
