About the Author

ROBERT BARRY was a prizewinning author and illustrator of many books for children. A lifelong resident of Newport, Rhode Island, he was a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and taught illustration for many years at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. The beloved characters in Mr. Willowby's Head Over Heels Christmas first appeared in Mr. Willowby's Christmas Tree, a book that has been cherished by readers young and old since 1963 and has become a holiday classic.
