Becca Coffindaffer (they/any) grew up on Star Wars, Star Trek, fantastical movies and even more fantastical books. As a kid, they started scribbling stories in weathered, well-loved spiral notebooks, and now they write books about magic and politics, spaceships, imaginary worlds, and people walking away from explosions in slow motion. These days they live in Kansas with their family, surrounded by a lot of books, a lot of video games and two very spoiled dogs.
