Anja Dunk was born in Wales to a German mother and a Welsh father. She is a freelance cook, food writer and artist. Anja co-wrote Do Preserve: Make your own jams, chutneys, pickles and cordials) and is the author of Strudel, Noodles and Dumplings: The new taste of German cooking, and Advent.
