The book is basically about empowering people to be more positive about themselves; to motivate themselves (set goals; stay focus on Biblical scriptures); work on their self-esteem; and surround themselves with positive people. The author likes to influence others to inspire and motivate themselves that's why she feels people will be able to relate to this book and it will be a good source of a teaching tool.
