Danielle McLean is a children's book editor who lives in South London, England. When she's not writing and editing children's books, she can be found in a ballet class pursuing her other childhood dream. Matt Hunt spent his childhood in the historical county of Worcestershire, England. Starting out as a fine artist, he graduated from the Birmingham School of Art, and from these roots developed a love for children's illustration. Matt now lives in Redditch with his wife and two cats, spending busy days drawing from his humble little home studio.

This title encourages youngsters to flip the book on each and every double-page spread to experience the opposite. A bird flies high, but when turned over is headed in descent. A snail in the rain stays dry by clinging below the leaf, but gets wet when the book is reoriented. McLean's rhyming text flows smoothly and pairs well with Hunt's clean, soft-toned graphics.
