Critical Reviews

"How can a stone killer read as such an attractive and almost sympathetic character? . . . Perry's skill had me rooting for both sides. . . . A bravura performance."--Chicago Tribune

"Exciting . . . suspenseful . . . A thriller's job is to make you turn the pages until the story's done and your eyes hurt and the clock says 3AM. . . . I wouldn't try to grab this one away from someone only halfway through. No telling what might happen."--The Washington Post Book World
