Michelle Routhenstein, MS, RD, CDCES, CDN, is the owner of Entirely Nourished, a nutrition counseling and consulting private practice specializing in the prevention and management of heart disease, and the author of The Truly Easy Heart Healthy Cookbook. She holds a bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition and a master's degree in clinical nutrition from New York University (NYU), where she also completed her dietetic residency. Michelle serves on several medical advisory boards, including the National Menopause Foundation and the Forbes Health advisory board.
