Louise was born in Manchester and studied at Staffordshire University, where she graduated with a degree in Ceramics and Surface Pattern Design. After many years as a freelance designer and after having two beautiful daughters, Louise naturally ventured into the wonderful world of children's book illustration, where her love of prints and design comes to the fore once again.
