Debbie Podlogar is the beloved Mocktail Mom known for her contagious enthusiasm for an alcohol-free life. Her joy comes from encouraging others to do the same as she believes the fun is not over when we quit drinking. At the end of 2020, Debbie broke up with her best friend, Chardonnay, and began sharing her delicious mocktail recipes with the world on Instagram (@mocktail.mom). She also leads a community of women in her private membership, "Thriving Alcohol-Free." And in 2024, Debbie launched and hosted the Mocktail Summit, featuring dozens of industry experts in the non-alcoholic (NA) space. She lives outside Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and a dog named Coco.
