Cuando Martín empieza a hablar, no para. Habla todo el rato, continuamente, siempre tiene algo que decir, ¡incluso en sueños!
Martín habla y habla y habla sin parar. Canta canciones, recita trabalenguas y contesta a todas las preguntas del profesor. A veces habla cuando debe y otras cuando no. Algunos desearían que de vez en cuando estuviese en silencio. Y tanto lo desean que una mañana se levanta sin voz. ¿Qué le pasa a Martín?

When Martín starts talking, he doesn't stop. He talks all the time, continuously, he always has something to say, even in his sleep!
Martín talks and talks and talks, non-stop. He sings songs, recites tongue twisters and answers all the teacher's questions. He speaks when he should and he speaks when he shouldn't.
And so, people around him start wishing he would occasionally stop. And they wish for it so much that one morning Martín wakes up...and his voice is gone!! What's happened to Martín?

Marisa Morea is a children's books illustrator. After graduating in Creative Illustration at Eina School in Barcelona, Spain, in 2009, she returned to Madrid to work as an art director in various advertising agencies while receiving her first illustration commissions, including various international publishers. In 2013 she decided to quit advertising to fully dedicate herself to illustration. Since then she has worked with publishers such as Simon and Schuster, Nosy Crow, SM or Penguin Random House.
