It's important that we all learn to care for and nurture our mental health! This is a kids' book about mental health. Did you know it's something we all have? It's true! A person's mental health simply means how they understand their own thoughts, feelings, actions and interactions with others. This book was made to help kids aged 5-9 identify and understand their own mental health. It teaches them that sometimes our mental health is positive, and other times it's not. Learning that we all have mental health reminds us that we aren't alone. A Kids Book About Mental Health features:
- A large and bold, yet minimalist font design that allows kids freedom to imagine themselves in the words on the pages.
- A friendly, approachable, empowering, and child-appropriate tone throughout.
- An incredible and diverse group of authors in the series who are experts or have first-hand experience of the topic.
