Lala, as we affectionately call her, has painted the words for her book from tears of victories and losses. Her heartfelt words of encouragement, motivation and resilience are a testament of her inner strength. She did not arrive at her present conclusions by taking any shortcuts, she did it the old-fashioned way, trial and error.

If your life has been perfect and you have never experienced any adversities, do not bother reading the book because you just wouldn't understand.

However, if you are from the human race like the rest of us who have had our fair share of mountain peaks and sunken valleys, pull up a chair.
