About the Author
Carol Pelletier Radford is an education consultant recently transitioning from the position of Project SUCCESS Program Director, a Massachusetts statewide hybrid mentor "train the trainer" leadership program. She received her EdD from Harvard University where she focused her studies on teacher leadership and professional development. She has served in higher education for 20 years working as an administrator, a licensing officer, and alternative certification program director.
