Miracle Hour: Predictable Sales in an Hour a Day
The Miracle Hour is a powerful, practical blueprint for entrepreneurs who want to grow a profitable business without sacrificing their life in the process. Based on the daily system that helped Kelly Roach transition from overwhelmed corporate executive to eight-figure CEO, this book reveals how one focused, intentional hour a day can become your bridge to freedom.
Years before building a global consulting company and portfolio of businesses, Kelly was sitting in her corporate office, squeezing moments between meetings, phone calls, and traffic lights to work on her dream. After identifying the highest-impact activities that would move her business forward, no matter how limited her time, the simple discipline now known as "The Miracle hour" transformed her side hustle into a seven-figure company while still working full-time in corporate, and ultimately an eight-figure empire.
In a world that glorifies burnout and 60-80 hour workweeks, The Miracle Hour challenges the myth that success is built on exhaustion. Instead, Kelly demonstrates that growth is not about the quantity of hours worked, but the quality, intention, and consistency of how those hours are invested.
This book delivers an A-to-Z playbook for identifying the right activities, implementing them within a structured daily framework, and building momentum that compounds over time. Readers will learn how to eliminate distraction, focus on revenue-driving actions, and create sustainable success while protecting their energy, time, and priorities.
Whether you are launching your first venture, scaling an existing company, or seeking a smarter path to wealth creation, The Miracle Hour provides the step-by-step system to help you build a thriving business (and a life you love) in just one hour a day.

Other Side of the Bed: A Physician's Journey into the Human Side of Medicine
A transformative exploration of patient care that emphasizes empathy, communication, and the emotional journey of both patients and clinicians, urging healthcare professionals to prioritize human connection over clinical labels for better outcomes. In The Other Side of the Bed, Dr. Stella Awua-Larbi, a practicing physician, shares poignant personal encounters with patients that transcend the confines of medical charts. This book invites healthcare providers to pause and truly see their patients, moving beyond labels like noncompliance to foster deeper connections. By emphasizing the importance of presence and empathy, Dr. Awua-Larbi illustrates how these elements can bridge communication gaps, enhancing the clinician-patient relationship and satisfaction for both parties. The narrative highlights the privilege of witnessing patients' journeys through aging, loss of independence, and end-of-life transitions. It poses a thought-provoking question: what if the most profound healing begins not with prescriptions, but with attentive listening? Through powerful, true-to-life stories, the book reveals often-overlooked truths in medicine, such as the significance of silence as communication and the transformative nature of suffering. Spanning two reflective volumes, The Other Side of the Bed delves into themes of noncompliance, caregiver fears, and the emotional labor shared by patients and clinicians alike. With wisdom and grace, Dr. Awua-Larbi encourages readers to cross to the other side of the bed, where authentic healing begins. This compelling call to action resonates with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and anyone seeking meaning in suffering, urging them to listen more deeply, care more intentionally, and lead with heart.

Burnout Recovery: A Neurodivergent-Friendly Guide to Healing Burnout Through Nature's Wisdom--Using Ecopsychology, Mythology, and Depth Psychology
A neurodivergent-friendly and holistic guide to identifying, recovering, and growing from the stress and burnout cycle Burnout is a fact of life for most working adults, but many people lack the tools they need to truly recover from it. Even those of us who have tried therapy or self-help guides in the past may continue to cycle in and out of burnout for years, unable to find something that really works. Burnout Recovery offers a holistic and neurodivergent-friendly approach to burnout. In this practical self-help guide, Alicia King Anderson argues that for many of us, burnout is not just a symptom of a stressful workplace. When reducing our workload slightly or taking a vacation doesn't seem to help, we need to consider the entire network of intersecting stresses in our life: physical, psychological, sensory, social, environmental, and political. Taking the metaphor of "burnout" literally, Anderson skillfully maps the stages of wildfire burns to the psychological experience of burnout. Drawing from her training in ecopsychology and mythology, she finds profound lessons in the natural cycle of wildfire to help us explore our own potential for healing and growth after a "burn" period. This unique book:- goes beyond 'work stress' to address all kinds of burnout, including autistic and ADHD burnout, creative burnout, and professional burnout;
- introduces grief work as an essential part of burnout recovery, to let go of idealized and unsustainable versions of yourself; and
- provides step-by-step guidance to identify where you are in the burnout cycle--and make a plan ahead of time for the next stages ahead.
Each chapter includes a variety of practical tools, including self-discovery exercises, activities, rituals, and journal prompts. For those tired of one-size-fits-all burnout advice, Anderson's guidance will help you identify your unique burnout cycle, helping you get beyond short-term recovery and toward a more sustainable, nourishing, and meaningful life. - goes beyond 'work stress' to address all kinds of burnout, including autistic and ADHD burnout, creative burnout, and professional burnout;

Other Side
Book One in The Other Side Series
Grief opens the door. But something else walks through.
Kate Winslow had everything: a future, a fiancé, a life full of quiet, simple plans. Then one rainy night, a car crash takes it all. When she wakes in a hospital room, battered and alone, she's told Everett Aucoin is gone. Vanished without a trace. No body. No explanation. Just footprints that lead into the woods-and disappear.
The police rule it a disappearance. The coroner declares him legally dead. But Kate knows something isn't right. Because that night, just before the crash, she saw something running. Something human. Something not.
Then the voices start.
Her phone rings at 3:12 a.m. - but no one speaks. Her sketchbook fills with drawings she doesn't remember making. A little girl with hollow eyes appears beside her bed, then vanishes without a sound. Mirrors don't reflect quite right. And sometimes, when she's alone... she isn't.
Just as she starts to question her sanity, Kate receives word that Everett secretly purchased a remote farmhouse under her name. With nowhere else to go, she drives there - deep into the forest, far from town, surrounded by lake, field, and silence.
But the house remembers.
It mourns. It dreams. And buried deep within its walls is a secret that's been waiting over forty years to be uncovered. A child went missing here in 1982. A child no one talks about. A child whose voice whispers through vents and static and shattered glass.
As Kate investigates Everett's disappearance, she's pulled deeper into a mystery that spans decades, linking her life to a girl named Lilah Carson... and to something that doesn't want to stay on the other side anymore.
Some spirits want peace. Others want revenge. And some never died at all.
With each step, Kate discovers that Everett didn't just vanish-he crossed over. And now, the veil between life and death is thinning. The Other Side is bleeding through.
And it's not alone.

Sold outTina: The Dog Who Changed the World
THE INSTANT SUNDAY TIMES AND IRISH TIMES NUMBER ONE BESTSELLER.
THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER.
_
Hope taught me the meaning of life, Tina taught me the meaning of love.
It's not everyday you meet a golden retriever in Thailand.
When Niall came across a dog shackled to a short chain and in a poor state of health something reminded him of his personal battle with addiction. He knew he had to rescue her immediately - golden retrievers are rare in Thailand - but there was just something about this dog in particular that told him she was destined for more.
He named her Tina, and what she did next is an incredible tale of survival, hope and love. Despite her terrible treatment at the hands of humans, she refused to distrust them or feel sorry for herself, and only opened her heart wider - always with a grin (yes dogs can smile) and a reassuring wag of her shaggy yellow tail.
From the minute Tina was free of her chains, she got on with what needed to be done, inspiring a dog hospital to be built and named after her and helping dogs from all over the world - whether they're street dogs from Thailand or rescue pups in Montana. The movement behind Tina has not stopped.
This is her story.

Book of Stroke: Meditations on a Rearranged Life
The Book of Stroke is a collection of poems and commentary about making sense of a life after a stroke. Why poems? Early in my recovery, I couldn't focus on anything longer. It took me many months before I could write my first new word, and not just because the stroke had left me, for a time, without the memory of the logic of keys on a keyboard and without the use of my right hand to type. I simply didn't want to write. Poems fit the overwhelming breadth of my experiences-at times ironic, withering, fantastical, whimsical, narrative, lyrical, funny, deterministic, childlike, and so much of that in pieces that don't fit together. These poems are accessible, without pandering.
